Full Stack Developer (Web/Mobile)

Summary We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience across web (Angular), backend (C#/.NET), and mobile (Flutter), along with hands-on CMS and SEO know-how. You’ll build and maintain scalable, high-quality applications, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architectural and technical decisions across the squad. Job Description Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy web, backend, and mobile applications across multiple platforms. • Translate business and functional requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions. • Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and integration approaches across web, mobile, and backend layers. • Build and maintain CMS-driven websites, ensuring content workflows are efficient, flexible, and scalable. • Implement SEO best practices across web properties, including technical SEO, structured data, performance, and Core Web Vitals. • Collaborate with UI/UX, Product and Delivery teams to deliver intuitive and consistent user experiences. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. • Identify opportunities for technical improvement, performance optimisation, and long-term maintainability. • Stay current with evolving technologies and frameworks relevant to web, backend, and mobile development. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer delivering production-grade applications. • Strong experience in Angular for web application development. • Solid backend development experience using C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core), including RESTful APIs and integrations. • Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter. • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. Sitefinity, Sitecore, Strapi, WordPress, or similar) • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: on-page optimisation, structured data, sitemaps, canonicalisation, page performance, and accessibility as it relates to discoverability. • Experience designing and delivering multi-platform, enterprise-scale solutions. • Good understanding of modern application architectures and design patterns. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • Proficiency with Git-based version control and collaboration tools (e.g. GitLab, Confluence, JIRA). • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. • Clear communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
