The RoleAs a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will lead defined workstreams and key deliverables across engagements, working closely with Managers through to Directors and our Subject Matter Experts to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will build day‑to‑day client relationships, apply structured problem solving, and support the development of junior consultants through coaching and quality leadership. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, disciplined delivery, working with our client facing teams and working directly with clients to translate insight into action — with a strong focus on outcomes, practicality, and value delivery. In this role, you will be known for:Owning workstreams end-to-end — planning your work, managing dependencies, and delivering high quality outputs on timeProducing structured, executive‑ready storylines and recommendations that clients can act onBeing client‑centred in how you engage — proactive communication, clear thinking, and a consistent focus on outcomesBuilding your expertise in strategic advisory and value delivery, with technology and data increasingly part of “how” outcomes are achievedContributing to the team build through strong teamwork, coaching, and improving repeatable delivery practices What We’re Looking for: Experience & BackgroundDegree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Law, Science or a related discipline, a Masters from a leading educational institution is highly preferred2–4+ years’ experience in a consulting or professional services environment; experience in procurement and/or supply chain consulting is highly regardedDemonstrated ability to lead workstreams and deliver high quality outputs in a structured delivery environmentStrong analytical and executive ready communication skills. Comfort working with contemporary digital and AI-enabled ways of working, including Microsoft’s ecosystem and GenAI-enabled productivity patterns (business adoption focus)Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and mentoring junior staffExperience using advanced analytical tools is advantageousExperience using procurement and supply chain systems suites and best of breed solutions would be advantageous Consulting & Advisory CapabilityStructured problem solving and disciplined delivery managementExecutive communication and story lining: synthesising analysis into clear, practical recommendationsStakeholder engagement: able to work effectively with client managers and functional leadsCommercial awareness and value orientation (understanding what matters to the client and how outcomes are measured).
