Site Manager

We are partnering with a highly regarded luxury residential builder delivering architecturally designed custom homes across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of multi-million-dollar projects, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team and take ownership of high-end residential builds from start to finish. This is an opportunity to work on some of Sydney’s most prestigious custom homes alongside leading architects, consultants, subcontractors and high-net-worth clients. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction operations across luxury custom homes ranging from multi-million-dollar new builds through to complex renovations and additions. You will be expected to maintain exceptional standards across quality, programme management, site presentation, safety and client communication while driving projects through to successful completion. The role requires someone who is highly organised, trade-focused and confident managing premium residential projects with intricate detailing and high client expectations. Key Responsibilities • Manage luxury residential projects from site establishment through to handover • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and suppliers onsite • Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations • Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications and construction details • Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, consultants and internal management • Conduct site inspections and proactively manage defects and quality assurance • Drive site safety and ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company procedures • Manage procurement, scheduling, deliveries and onsite logistics • Lead and motivate trades while maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation • Provide practical construction solutions and maintain momentum throughout the build process What We’re Looking For • Trade qualified Carpenter with strong hands-on construction knowledge • Proven experience delivering luxury custom homes or architecturally designed residential projects • Experience managing multi-million-dollar builds from start to completion • Strong understanding of high-end finishes, structural detailing and build sequencing • Ability to build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, consultants and clients • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders onsite • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes • Stable employment history within reputable residential builders preferred • Experience working within Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs luxury market highly regarded What’s On Offer • Opportunity to work on prestigious luxury residential projects • Strong pipeline of architecturally designed custom homes • Supportive and highly regarded builder with an excellent industry reputation • Long-term career opportunity with growth potential • Attractive salary package reflective of experience • Collaborative and professional team culture This role would suit a career Site Manager who takes pride in quality construction, enjoys working on complex custom homes and wants to be part of a builder delivering some of Sydney’s finest residential projects Please APPLY or Call Jarrod Sellers on 0412 729 942 for a confidential chat Consultant jarrod.sellers@coretalent.com.au Reference number: BH-26406 Profession:ConstructionForeperson/supervisor Company: Core Talent Date posted: 5th Jun, 2026
