Senior DevOps/MLOps Job ID: 89259 Location: Vancouver, BC – 3 days a week onsite Overview As a Senior DevOps/MLOps Engineer on the Artificial Intelligence team, you will lead the reliability and automation of development, testing, and production environments while improving the delivery of code and machine learning models. You will work with modern cloud-native technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and operate highly scalable AI infrastructure. What You’ll Do • Design and develop CI/CD automation using industry best practices. • Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes. • Monitor, maintain, and optimize production and non-production environments. • Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues using monitoring dashboards and log analysis. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient deployments. • Mentor junior and intermediate DevOps/MLOps engineers. What You Must Have • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or a similar role. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented programming and threading. • Knowledge of networking, firewalls, protocols, databases, and distributed systems. • Experience with software delivery practices, including Git branching strategies, configuration management, secrets management, feature flags, and zero-downtime deployments. • Experience mentoring junior and intermediate engineers. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. Technical Skills • CI/CD tools (Jenkins) • Docker and Kubernetes • Python or similar scripting languages • PostgreSQL and CockroachDB • Kafka • Monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Loki, Zabbix, Prometheus) • Package managers and artifact repositories (Artifactory, npm) Nice to Have • MLFlow, JupyterHub, DVC, TensorFlow • Experience supporting containerized GPU workloads in Kubernetes • NoSQL databases, including vector databases • Experience supporting Large Language Models (LLMs) Salary Range $90,000–$130,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
