Job Description
We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to identify an experienced Product Manager to drive brand growth and execute strategic marketing initiatives within a high-growth therapeutic portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven marketer who enjoys working cross-functionally, leading product strategy, and delivering impactful campaigns throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Drive product strategy across the full lifecycle, including launch planning, growth initiatives and lifecycle management.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
• Lead promotional campaigns, omnichannel marketing activities and customer engagement programmes.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast product performance and monitor business KPIs.
• Support sales force effectiveness through training, marketing materials and field engagement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including Product Management or Brand Management.
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Prior product launch experience will be an advantage.
• Regional/APAC exposure is a plus but not essential.
