Sales Manager (Audio Visual)

Our esteemed client in the ICT industry is seeking a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: Sales Manager (Public Sector/ Regional Markets) Location: West Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Bonus Job Responsibilities: Design and execute sales strategies to expand market share in government/public sector or multi-region markets.

Identify, prospect, and nurture relationships with institutional and corporate clients. Lead negotiations, presentations, and product demonstrations for complex technology solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to refine sales approaches.

Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs. Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership. Oversee budget allocation for regional/government sales operations, ensuring cost efficiency.

Research emerging technologies and untapped market opportunities. Ensure post-sale client satisfaction through follow-ups and proactive support.

Job Requirements

At least NITEC with minimum 2 years of sales experience within ICT, AV, or enterprise software industry, preferably with exposure to public sector/ government agencies. Willing to travel as and when needed. Ready to apply?
