About you You will bring strong business analysis experience gained across complex digital, technology, application migration or service transformation programs. You will also demonstrate: • Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills. • Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders. • Experience working with architects, developers, testers and delivery partners. • An understanding of functional, non-functional, security, reporting, data and integration requirements. • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing stakeholder expectations. • Queensland Government or broader public-sector experience, which will be highly regarded. • Tertiary Qualifications understood.
