Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a high‑performing Executive Director to support the Wealth Solutioning function in Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
• Provide senior leadership support in team – work alongside the Head of Wealth Solutioning, offering leadership, decision support, and oversight across key priorities, governance forums, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive innovation and process excellence – champion continuous innovation and end‑to‑end process improvement across Wealth Management, enhancing client experience, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency across digital and RM‑led channels.
• Deliver projects and change initiatives – lead, drive, and/or support Wealth Management owned and impacted projects, including participation in large‑scale transformation programmes such as the Group Wealth Platform (GWP).
• Support regional initiatives – provide senior support and representation for regional Wealth Management initiatives, ensuring alignment of local implementation with regional objectives, standards, and timelines.
• Oversee sales suitability framework – provide senior oversight of WM sales suitability processes, including controls, governance, and enabling systems, ensuring robustness and alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Design and improve processes – design, implement and continuously enhance WM sales processes to improve client experience, sales effectiveness, and risk outcomes.
• Own products and processes end‑to‑end – take accountability for assigned product(s) and/or process domains, including governance, performance, enhancement and delivery.
• Strengthen risk and compliance outcomes – partner closely with Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders to proactively manage issues, strengthen controls, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Build capability and training – support the design and delivery of investment suitability and sales‑related training programmes to uplift capabilities across frontline and support teams. Qualifications
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager supporting wealth management initiatives.
• Proven end‑to‑end project delivery experience, including requirements definition, UAT, implementation and change management.
• Good working knowledge of core banking platforms, wealth products, services and operational processes.
• Exposure to large‑scale transformation or regulatory change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project methodologies and ability to produce quality project artefacts.
• Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Solid techno‑functional and analytical capabilities.
• Structured, logical problem solver with strong execution focus.
