THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join their team and support the execution of digital marketing and fundraising initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven marketing professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats across email marketing, social media, website management, and digital advertising. Reporting to the marketing team, you will play a key role in driving audience engagement, supporting fundraising campaigns, and ensuring a seamless digital experience across all online channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the execution of the organization's digital fundraising strategy with a focus on growing both recurring and one-time donor revenue through digital channels.
• Manage all email marketing activities using Mailchimp, including newsletters, campaign creation, audience segmentation, distribution lists, and content calendars.
• Coordinate and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and analyzing marketing data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure information is accurate, current, user-friendly, and optimized for engagement and conversions.
• Support ongoing improvements to the website user experience, landing pages, and email user journey using analytics and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content, plan campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across the organization's social media channels while actively monitoring community engagement.
• Support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 1–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with content management systems and website content updates.
• Experience managing or supporting paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads and/or social media advertising).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM databases; Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
• Experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and community management.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check, including a Vulnerable Sector Check, will be required.
