The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage our local government desk. We have recently been approved as a WALGA supplier and are expanding our team to accommodate this growth. We are looking for someone with exposure to local government to leverage their skills in assisting with future work in this area.
This includes:

Interviewing and assessing candidates
•
Building talent pools and candidate networks
•
Talent sourcing and market research
•
Reference checking and due diligence
•
Candidate marketing campaigns
•
Managing recruitment assignments from start to finish
•
Building relationships with clients and candidates
•
Contributing to the growth of the business
To be successful you will:
•
Have 3-5 years local government recruitment experience
•
Have experience with recruiting executive level roles
•
Have permanent Australian working rights
•
Be an excellent communicator
•
Have a positive can-do attitude
•
Be a quick thinker, with a high sense of urgency
