About Our Client Is a global Professional Audio Equipment and Audio Electronics company Job Description * Execute targeted market development sales plays across key professional verticals, including Touring/Live Production, Theatre, Broadcast Networks, Houses of Worship, and Premium Performance Venues Identify and cultivate deep, high-level technical relationships with sound designers, venue technical directors, touring production heads, and premier AV decision-makers across the ANZ territory * Act as the authoritative face at local industry events, collaborate creatively with the regional marketing team (e.g., Integrate Australia, ENTECH), and lead high-impact product shootouts, specialized clinics, and field trials * Consult directly with local Distributors and elite Pro Audio Systems Integrators to secure the companies as the specified "default" brand in major performance venue upgrades, stadium fit-outs, and commercial tenders * Assist sound engineers and independent acoustic consultants in designing complex, high-density wireless setups, ensuring flawless spectrum management and integration with digital audio networks (Dante/AES67) * Maintain and support a rigorous 12-to-24-month project pipeline tracker, providing accurate rolling technical and inventory forecasting for hardware chassis and software-defined channel licenses * Support rental houses, broadcast studios, and theatres with advanced wireless infrastructure, field-level frequency coordination (via Wireless Workbench), and specialized technical product training * Provide "boots-on-the-ground" technical and market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, and product gaps * Master and deploy the technical and commercial architecture of modern software-defined, license-activated hardware platforms, mapping advanced technical configurations directly to end-user needs * Support Conferencing and Unified Communications porfolio as required * Any other duties assigned The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Acoustic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a business/commercial discipline backed by extensive, verifiable technical field experience * Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience as a senior specialist within the professional audio, touring, or broadcast sectors, demonstrating authoritative technical mastery of high-density RF coordination, digital network protocols (Dante/AES67), and advanced wireless systems * Deep commercial expertise in strategic demand-generation ("pull" methodology) and multi-tier partner ecosystems, with a proven track record of influencing complex commercial designs and navigating national Tier-1 systems integrators and consultants * Advanced strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience applying structured business frameworks to manage rolling pipeline dynamics, protect territory margin structures, and actively mitigate grey-market pricing conflicts * Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with a proven ability to confidently interface with, present to, and influence stakeholders across all organizational tiers-from touring sound designers and venue engineers to C-level operational executives * Highly organized and self-directed, with the advanced project-management acumen required to independently architect and maintain a rigorous 12-to-24-month regional project tracker * Enterprise system literate, featuring advanced proficiency in modern CRM platforms (Salesforce) to drive forecasting precision; functional familiarity with SAP or enterprise ERP architectures is a distinct asset * High mobility and readiness to travel up to 40-50% across the ANZ territory to spearhead marquee product shootouts, manage field-level frequency coordination, and anchor high-visibility industry activations.
