Principal Data Analyst at BairesDev What You'll Do: - Define and lead the data analysis strategy across the organization. - Oversee the design and execution of SQL queries, statistical analyses, and modeling initiatives. - Ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of enterprise analytics and reporting. - Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports for enterprise stakeholders. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align data insights with organizational goals. - Establish best practices, standards, and governance for analytics, reporting, and data quality. - Mentor and guide data analysts, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing. - Influence enterprise-wide decisions using insights derived from data analytics. What we are looking for: - 10+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL, statistical analysis, visualization, and reporting. - Strong background in software architecture design. - Strong understanding of system security. - In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization. - Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments. - Skilled in relational and non-relational databases. - Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each. - Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines. - Advanced level of English.
