WHO ARE WE?We're an established Australian lifestyle business with a strong national presence and an exciting SaaS product that's ready to scale. Having built a successful consumer brand over a number of years, we've recently invested heavily into developing an innovative software platform that's currently being trialled by real customers ahead of its public launch. This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated engineer on the product, taking full technical ownership from pre-launch through to production. If you're looking to own an entire product rather than a small feature within a large engineering team, this is exactly that opportunity. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As our Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll own the complete lifecycle of the platform as it transitions from beta into production. Initially, your focus will be on testing and refining every critical workflow, ensuring payments, billing, customer journeys and system reliability are production ready before launch. You'll work directly with the CEO to oversee the customer beta programme, rapidly triaging issues, delivering fixes and providing clear technical guidance around launch readiness. Once live, you'll own platform performance, uptime, security, feature development and customer onboarding, continually improving the product whilst maintaining a high standard of reliability. Working within a modern AI-first development environment, you'll leverage the latest AI engineering tools to accelerate delivery whilst applying the experience and judgement needed to build robust, scalable software that customers can trust.
