As **SourceHub**, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality. We are currently seeking a** Financial Analyst** **JR** to support and execute the company’s financial activities, ensuring data accuracy, financial control, and decision-making support. This professional will be responsible for financial analysis, performance monitoring, budget control, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to process efficiency and the long-term financial sustainability of the business. **Responsabilidades e atribuições** - Analyze and monitor financial statements, including Income Statement (P&L), Cash Flow, and management reports. - Prepare, maintain, and update financial controls, periodic reports, and performance indicators (KPIs). - Perform variance analysis comparing actuals versus budget and forecast, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions. - Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing budget reviews and reforecasts. - Monitor and control costs, expenses, and revenues, ensuring proper classification and compliance with internal policies. - Track payments and collections, providing support for cash flow management. - Act as a key point of contact with Accounting, Controllership, Tax, and other internal teams. - Support internal and external audits by organizing documentation and responding to audit requests. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and automation initiatives. - Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal policies, and confidentiality requirements related to financial information. **Requisitos e qualificações** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. - Prior experience in the financial area at a mid-level (intermediate) analyst position. - Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, P&L (Income Statement), and cash flow management. - Fluent English, with the ability to participate in weekly meetings and prepare reports for the U.S. headquarters. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools. - Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Totvs, Protheus, or similar platforms. - Strong analytical skills, organization, and high attention to detail. - Proactive mindset, strong sense of prioritization, and ability to manage multiple competing demands. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. **Informações adicionais** - Competitive salary, aligned with current market standards. - Meal and/or food allowance (BRL 40.00 per business day). - Transportation allowance or free on-site parking. - Health insurance plan. - Dental insurance plan. - Hybrid work model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote). - Must reside in Curitiba, PR, or the surrounding metropolitan area. - Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), based on performance and goal achievement. - Birthday Day Off. - Life insurance.
