Job Description
• Partner with Operations, Workforce Planning and Finance teams to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Provide insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and labour planning processes across multiple cost centres.
• Deliver cost-to-serve and productivity analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Develop and standardise financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate performance visibility.
• Prepare clear and concise commentary on financial results and key business drivers for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and proactively communicate risks, variances and corrective actions.
• Support the integrity, accuracy and governance of financial data and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
• CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
• Strong experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience supporting operational, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environments will be highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
