Job Description
• Main Contractor

• Multiple Headcount Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.
Responsibilities
Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors. Oversee site management and promptly resolve any technical issues that arise on-site. Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor subcontractors' productivity rates and integrate them into the project schedule. Develop and implement tracking systems to closely monitor site activities and project progress. Conduct regular meetings with construction staff to enhance quality control and best practices.
Possess experience working with the Land Transport Authority (LTA). Demonstrate expertise in all SWC (Specialist Work Contracts) works.
Requirements
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Professionally registered with the Institute of Structural Engineers. Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.
OTHER INFORMATION: Location: Central Working days: 5 Days Salary : up to S$10,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
