ServiceNow Data Business Analyst

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. • Be a productive member of the team. Requirements • Act as the functional expert for ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, APM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM. • Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements into well-defined development stories aligned with ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) best practices. • Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap by leveraging industry experience, customer implementations, and platform capabilities. • Stay up to date with ServiceNow innovations and support business adoption of new features and capabilities. • Lead discussions with stakeholders and translate business needs into functional requirements for the technical team. • Support the implementation of Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, APM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM. • Proven experience translating business requirements into development stories for implementation. • Experience delivering 5+ implementations in Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management, and IT Operations Management. • Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). • Demonstrable understanding of IT4IT principles. • Dutch language proficiency is mandatory.
