We're seeking a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer** with strong software engineering expertise and experience in derivatives trading systems. In this role, you'll design, develop, and support scalable, cloud-native applications that power critical business capabilities across trading, analytics, and risk management.

**What You'll Bring** + 5+ years of full-stack software development experience + Strong expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, and Python** + Hands-on experience with **Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, SQL Server, and Databricks** + Experience building and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines + Strong understanding of **Capital Markets** and financial derivatives (options, futures, forwards, and swaps) + Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills **What You'll Do** + Design and develop high-performance trading and risk management applications + Build cloud-native solutions on Azure using modern engineering practices + Integrate market data, analytics platforms, and AI-powered capabilities into trading workflows + Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to deliver strategic technology initiatives + Drive continuous improvement through Agile delivery, automation, and engineering best practices **Nice to Have** + Derivatives pricing and risk management expertise + Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, Murex, Findur, or Aladdin + Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or enterprise copilot development experience + Knowledge of Fixed Income products and markets **Why Join Manulife?
