Job Description

Homart Group is a leading Australian company specialising in the development, manufacturing and global marketing of high-quality, Australian-made health supplements, skincare, functional dairy, and pet supplements. From late 2024, we enhanced our portfolio by acquiring renowned heritage brands Thompson's Herbals and Thursday Plantation. To fast‑track our direct‑to‑consumer (B2C) footprint, we also welcomed the premium wellness brand Salt Lab to the family at the end of 2025. From Australia and New Zealand to the global stage, we connect consumers with high‑quality wellness products without ever compromising on our brand integrity. We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Group Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of the Group’s marketing strategy across multiple business units and brands. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving brand growth, strengthening market presence, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution and inspire a high‑performing marketing team to achieve ambitious objectives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the Group‑wide marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. • Establish annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets across all business entities. • Identify emerging market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities to support long‑term business success. • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to contribute to strategic planning and organisational initiatives. • Drive the development and consistent execution of the Group’s brand strategy. • Ensure alignment and differentiation across multiple brands and product categories. • Safeguard brand integrity and maintain high standards in all marketing communications. • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, trade, and retail channels. • Oversee product launches, promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives. • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimise return on investment through data‑driven decision making. • Lead the Group’s digital marketing strategy, including website performance, social media, email marketing, search, and content initiatives. • Champion customer‑centric approaches to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. • Leverage analytics and customer insights to enhance the customer journey. • Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing marketing team. • Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, product development, operations, and external partners. • Establish clear objectives, accountability measures, and succession planning within the function. • Manage the Group marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. • Track and report on key marketing metrics and business outcomes. • Evaluate agency performance and negotiate with external suppliers and partners. Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. • Minimum 10 years’ marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Demonstrated experience leading marketing functions across multiple brands, business units, or regions. • Strong understanding of brand management, integrated marketing, and digital marketing. • Proven experience managing sizeable marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI. • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and people development capabilities. • Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, or multi‑channel distribution environments. • Experience operating in international markets, particularly the Asia‑Pacific region. • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools. • Proven experience leveraging AI marketing tools to streamline copywriting, scale creative assets, and optimise campaign efficiency. If you are a commercially driven marketing leader passionate about building brands and delivering growth, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and achievements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
