Job Summary

The Sales Manager will drive business growth by managing customer relationships, developing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue targets within assigned market segments.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned market segments and key customer accounts to sustain and grow business relationships Develop and expand the sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the company’s customer base Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their business needs Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and proposals, and deliver technical sales presentations as needed Attend tender interviews and site visits to support business development efforts Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities Conduct project kickoff meetings and effectively hand over project requirements to the Operations team Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure timely project delivery that meets customer expectations Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly in partnership with the Operations team Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management review Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and own transportation Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or building materials industries Proven ability to achieve sales targets with a strong sales drive Excellent communicat
