DevOps Engineer

The role focuses on automating and optimizing operations and development processes. This position is critical for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and related tools to reduce deployment costs and increase efficiency. Implement cost-effective cloud solutions and optimize resource utilization across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.

Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes across multiple environments to ensure high availability and reliability for end-users. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Oversee automated testing to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security, reducing downtime and enhancing system performance. Work closely with development teams to integrate new deployment processes and resolve configuration issues quickly and efficiently.

Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes to streamline development and production environments. Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve production issues.

Develop and maintain documentation for CI/CD processes, deployment guidelines, and operational procedures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve DevOps practices and processes.

Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge in cloud platforms and DevOps tools. Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong DevOps cult
