💰 Salary: SGD 7,500 – 9,800 per month (commensurate with experience)

We are a fast-growing interior renovation and custom cabinetry company in Singapore, committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial renovation solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth. Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, interior designers, and business partners.
Lead negotiations and manage key customer accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of business development or sales management experience. Experience in the interior renovation, construction, furniture, or building materials industry is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Excellent business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities. Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers. We Offer
