You'll create an engaging store environment, drive sales performance and ensure your department consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences. Your leadership will play a key role in building a positive culture where team members feel supported, motivated and empowered to succeed. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team • Drive sales, productivity and department profitability • Analyse performance data and identify commercial opportunities • Manage rostering, workforce planning and daily operations • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards • Recruit, onboard and develop future retail leaders • Create a customer-focused culture that delivers outstanding service • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximise results About You You are a confident and inclusive leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others. You'll bring: • Previous retail leadership experience within a busy environment • Strong people leadership and coaching capability • Experience managing KPIs, sales targets and operational performance • Commercial acumen and confidence working with reports and data • A passion for customer experience and team development • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities • An interest in fashion, trends and creating inspiring shopping experiences Why This Role?
