OCBC seeks a Senior Transactor, Supply Chain Finance to work with a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative working‑capital solutions and driving the growth of our Supply Chain Finance portfolio. Responsibilities • Originate and structure Supply Chain Finance programs including Accounts Receivables Purchase, Supplier (Payables) Finance, and other Working Capital Solutions. • Manage risks related to the Supply Chain Finance portfolio through thoughtful and disciplined program structuring. • Be responsible for the entire deal cycle, including preparation of transaction memos, liaison with external counsel, negotiation of terms, review of facility proposals, and obtaining trade approvals. • Co‑work with the Team Head to devise and deliver sales and product expansion strategies. • Lend support to activities as needed during new Supply Chain Finance product rollouts. • Provide regional sales and structuring expertise and demonstrate thought leadership while staying abreast of industry initiatives. • Demonstrate a strategic business‑first mindset in the delivery of ideas and solutions. • Provide mentorship to junior staff. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. • 10–15 years of Banking, Trade, and/or Supply Chain Finance experience. • Deep understanding of techniques, legalities, and jurisdictional nuances surrounding Supply Chain Finance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. • Deep understanding of trade financing instruments and techniques. • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
