Goals The role is responsible for coordinating and developing Asia Joint Ventures (JVs) and strategic partnerships to drive business growth, optimize revenue, and strengthen commercial collaboration across the C+ (China), J+ (Japan), and S+ (Southeast Asia) markets.
The position supports the continuous enhancement of existing and new partnerships in alignment with the Global Market strategy.
Task Develop and implement the Asia JV & Partnership strategy aligned with the Global Market strategy Coordinate commercial management and JV/Partnership activities across Asian markets Drive process harmonization, integration, and commercial synergies between Lufthansa Group and Asian JV partners Represent Global Market interests in cross-functional committees, boards, and decision-making forums Lead and coordinate projects within the Asia JV/Partnership environment while safeguarding Lufthansa Group interests Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.
g.
, Channel Management, Offer Management, Business Development) to align commercial priorities Support Global Market initiatives related to Metal Neutrality while ensuring compliance with Anti-Trust Immunity (ATI) requirements Coordinate internal and external communication across the Asia JV/Partnership environment to ensure effective information flow Support the strategic development and implementation of future JV agreements, ensuring operational readiness Your Profile The ideal condidate should meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent qualification) Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Management, or a related commercial function Must possess a legal work permit in Singapore Business-fluent English (written and spoken) Proficiency in German and/or Japanese/Man
