Answer yes to any of these and you’ll fit right - Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - 10+ years of hardware engineering experience - Experience with analog, digital, and high-speed circuit design - Experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware, or experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems - 5+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience - Experience developing and executing test procedures for mechanical or electrical systems/components based on design intent and approved equipment submissions - Experience leading engineering teams as a mentor or tech lead, or experience leading and influencing your team or organization - Experience in motherboard design, PCB design including schematic capture, stackup and circuit board layout - Experience in networking, multi-threaded applications, interprocess communication, and complex software development - Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production - Experience testing hardware/mechanical sub-components, research and data analysis skills, and/or Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout best practices - Expert in schematic entry, layout tools and design for manufacturability (familiarity with OrCAD Capture and Cadence Allegro tool flow is a plus).

- Proficient with PSPICE for analog circuit simulation. - Demonstrated strong ability to move seamlessly between levels of abstraction – from system to the “nuts and bolts” implementation.
