Operations Manager

Company Description Hiring for a client for an Urban Coffee Kiosk Chain Role Overview The Operations Manager will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the operational infrastructure of a coffee kiosk/small shop chain. This role combines hands‑on field leadership, process creation, and strategic expansion planning. You will ensure that every kiosk delivers speed, consistency, quality, and profitability. The coffee chain will be launched with a pilot store, then expand to 5, and then to 20 locations in 24 months Location: Paris, Île-de-France Type: Full-time, multi-site leadership role Candidate Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or a related field. • Master's degree is considered an advantage. • Proven track record working in the Paris coffee sector, ideally in fast‑service or kiosk‑style environments. Experience working with recognized coffee or international retail brands is a plus. • Minimum 12 years of progressive operational management experience within the coffee shop, café, quick-service restaurant, or food retail industry. Minimum 5 years managing multiple retail or F&B locations. • Experience writing operations manuals and implementing standardized procedures. • Strong background in staff training, onboarding, and performance management. • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-site expansion and new store openings. • European citizenship or a French work visa required
