Elevate your impact as the Head of Marketing. About the Role The organisation is Australia's premier professional association and the definitive voice for the our technology ecosystem. Its mission is to power technological brilliance, accelerate innovation, and drive commercial productivity nationwide. They are seeking a commercially sharp Head of Marketing to take full strategic ownership of its marketing ecosystem and redefine how Australia's technology sector engages with its brand, products, and purpose. You will oversee brand, corporate communications, digital marketing, content, campaigns, and major events - ensuring every marketing initiative aligns with core business outcomes and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute end-to-end B2B and B2C marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, boost member retention, and optimise commercial performance. • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing national marketing function, fostering a culture of high accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Oversee brand, digital marketing, content, targeted campaigns, and events to deliver a seamless, premium, and cohesive customer experience. • Act as a critical internal business partner, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Learning, and Member Services to maximise commercial outcomes. • Manage marketing budgets, resources, and operational priorities while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards, compliance, and privacy obligations. Required Experience • A proven track record of designing high-impact B2B marketing strategies and lifecycle campaigns that measurably scale membership acquisition, retention, and commercial revenue. • The ability to lead marketing transformation, challenge the status quo, and confidently steer brand evolution within complex, multi-layered product environments. • Exceptional leadership skills to build, empower, and scale national marketing teams, fostering a modern culture of innovation, collaboration, and sharp accountability. • Superior communication skills with the commercial gravitas to influence the C-suite and act as a trusted strategic partner to internal business units. • A highly analytical approach that leverages audience insights, modern marketing tech stacks, and performance metrics to continuously optimise ROI and campaign effectiveness.
