Smart Buildings Construction Manager Our Construction Managers coordinate and deliver on multiple, simultaneous performance contracting projects of various complexities.
They supervise, direct, and motivate the project team during the planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover, and warranty phases of assigned projects.
