This is a hands‑on product role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and is passionate about turning insights into action.
Responsibilities
• Support and manage the growth roadmap for marketing experiences, focused on improving acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention
• Define clear growth hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas aligned to business goals
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
• Support experimentation across the marketing funnel, including A/B and multivariate testing of messaging, UX, offers, and flows
• Partner closely with UX design to develop and iterate on creative and technical experiences
• Ensure experiments are properly instrumented, launched, monitored, and analyzed
• Leverage analytics, experimentation results, and qualitative insights to identify problems and opportunities
• Partner with analytics teams to define measurement frameworks, dashboards, and post‑launch evaluations
• Use competitive and market analysis to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering to translate growth opportunities into scalable product solutions
• Partner with lifecycle marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on funnel strategy and execution
• Act as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum
• Operate with a strong sense of urgency and accountability, ensuring initiatives move from idea to impact
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Communicate progress, learnings, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
• Proven experience in product management, growth product management, or growth marketing with a focus on funnel optimization
• Strong understanding of growth frameworks, experimentation methodologies, and conversion optimization
• Experience running A/B tests and analyzing experiment results to drive decisions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on web, marketing, or digital acquisition products
• Familiarity with analytics tools, experimentation platforms, and marketing technology stacks
• Background in scaling growth initiatives from experimentation to sustained impact
• Experience working in a SaaS or subscription‑based business
