Associate Principal - SAP

Description We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Consultant to drive our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) initiatives. As a key member of our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative technical solutions for our clients. Your expertise in SAP ABAP EWM will be instrumental in enhancing our warehouse management systems and optimizing our clients' supply chain operations. Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support. • Design and develop efficient ABAP programs, including custom code and enhancements for SAP EWM. • Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange. • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP EWM and ABAP development. • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions. • Document and maintain technical specifications and system configurations. • Participate in client meetings and workshops, presenting technical solutions and roadmaps. Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on SAP EWM. • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration capabilities. • Hands-on experience with SAP EWM enhancements and customization. • Proficiency in ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts and ABAP Web Dynpro. • Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies (e.g., RFC, BAPI, IDOC, PI/PO). • Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
