Über uns You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. For an innovative tech company, you will take over the leadership of a central CRM initiative and coordinate the engineering team independently from the initial idea to the go-live. Moving confidently within the AWS and HubSpot ecosystem, you will lead the team strategically to success without doing hands-on coding yourself. Aufgaben • Leading the entire discovery-to-delivery loop for the CRM initiative (interviews, concept creation, presentation, and sign-off) • Technical coordination and pacing of the engineering team, including scope estimation, release sequencing, and risk management • Ensuring operational quality in production while taking SLAs and monitoring into account • Scaling team effectiveness through mentorship and the continuous optimization of delivery processes Profil • Proven project experience as a Technical Project Lead or Technical Product Manager at the intersection of business and engineering • Strong technical understanding of modern cloud & frontend architectures (AWS, Cognito, Lambda, TypeScript, Nuxt/Vue) to effectively direct engineers • Demonstrated experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot CRM) as well as Identity Providers (IdPs) and authentication/user management flows • Excellent conceptual skills and a strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear, structured roadmaps Wir bieten • Start: 01.07.2026 • Duration: 30.09.2026 • Allocation: 100% • Remote Share: 100% • Language: English Kontakt Are you currently available, and does this match your skills?
