Full Stack Developer – Java, Angular/React, Node.js, REST APIs & Database Technologies Skills and Responsibilities: • 10+ years of experience in full stack development with Java, Angular/React, Java/J2EE, NodeJS, RESTful APIs/webservices, and databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB. • Creative problem solver with the ability to understand, develop, enhance, and support highly customized applications. • Maintain high security standards, monitoring, and debugging. • Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, Eclipse, RAD, JIRA, and Confluence. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Superior multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and complex environment/systems. • Build personas, storyboards, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes. • Work closely with designers, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality products and experiences. • Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant. • Work in a high-paced team on a high-visibility project. • Work effectively in an Agile environment and consistently deliver quality work. • Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually. • Develop software that is reliable and scalable for enterprise-level users. • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of full application stacks and ability to work across client, server, business, and database layers. • Manage time and tasks effectively, including handling concurrent deliverables. • Code, debug, research, analyze, and resolve development issues. • Understand business/organization standards, infrastructure, architecture, and technology from a design, support, and solutions perspective. • Maintain strong customer orientation and a professional approach while interacting with all levels within the organization. • Demonstrate ability to understand and translate technical concepts, think independently, and take initiative to resolve issues within a team structure. • Self-motivated team player with high energy and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. • Maintain a positive attitude with openness to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
