• Work directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions.
• Take ownership across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend development.
• Provide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey.
• Lead functional and integration workstreams on customer engagements, taking full ownership for design, delivery, and quality.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants on methodology, best practices, and technical delivery.
• Design and estimate solutions for medium‑complexity product gaps and enhancements, consulting with business and technical stakeholders to produce design documentation.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery, including at least 1 year of hands‑on implementation experience.
• Hands‑on full‑stack development experience, including modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and packaging.
• Experience mentoring and assisting teammates, and contributing meaningfully to requirement and functional design documentation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences, including project leadership stakeholders.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and deliver project tasks with minimal guidance.
• Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency.
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, innovation‑focused environment.
• Nice to have: core certification and experience leading a functional/integration area or contributing to inception‑phase design activities on an implementation project.
Culture Fit
• Consulting versatility, communication skills, and industry empathy.
• Ownership mindset: delivery, quality, cost, scope, timeline.
• Cultural fit with InnoCoDev: empowerment, accountability, transparency, agility, risk‑taking.
• Demonstrated mentorship mindset—invests in the growth of junior team members and role‑models best practices.
