Job Description
Are you an experienced professional in supply chain or inventory optimization with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving operational performance through data and process improvements? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment where you can influence key business decisions? If so, we are looking for you!
This is a temporary assignment running until 31 January 2027 .
What are you going to do?
In this role, you will focus on improving inventory efficiency and driving operational excellence through data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Managing product integrity issues by coordinating cross-functional actions and ensuring timely resolution
• Executing and optimizing orderbook health activities, including cancellations and clean-up processes
• Developing dashboards and performing data analyses to generate actionable insights
• Translating complex data into clear recommendations to support business decision-making
• Supporting day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Partnering with stakeholders to enhance returns and reverse logistics processes
• Contributing to ad-hoc projects and key supply chain priorities What do we offer?

What do we ask?
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related analytical role
• Proven track record in project management and process improvement
• Strong understanding of inventory management and operational processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with data analysis, dashboarding, and advanced Excel
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities and support data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
