Customer Service Representative | Global Healthcare Macquarie Park | 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start Looking for your next contract with a global healthcare leader? Key Responsibilities • Process high-volume customer orders through SAP • Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email • Provide stock availability, delivery and order updates • Process returns and credits • Liaise with warehouse, supply chain and courier teams to ensure timely order fulfilment • Maintain accurate customer records within Salesforce • Deliver a responsive, solutions-focused customer experience About You You'll be someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service or order management role • SAP experience • Salesforce or CRM experience (advantageous) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities • Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare will be highly regarded What's on Offer • Immediate start • Six-month contract through to the end of the year • Opportunity to join a respected global healthcare organisation • Supportive, collaborative and experienced team • Valuable experience with one of the industry's leading medical device companies • Exposure to business improvement and automation initiatives Apply Now Click Apply or contact Danielle Jones on 0488 808 655 for a confidential discussion.
