Job Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned HR professional with proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and heads of corporate functions to drive people-related strategies and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure people strategies support business objectives, growth plans, and organizational effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing guidance on performance management, talent development, workforce capability, and succession readiness.
• Oversee and support all stages of the employee experience, from hiring and onboarding through development, retention, and exit management.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen employee commitment, well-being, collaboration, and an inclusive workplace environment.
• Advise managers on workforce-related matters, including workplace concerns, investigations, conflict management, disciplinary processes, and employee complaints.
• Monitor adherence to employment legislation and internal policies, ensuring appropriate governance, documentation, and compliance standards are maintained.
• Assist in the administration of rewards programs, including compensation reviews, incentive planning, and employee benefits management.
• Partner with global and regional HR colleagues to execute enterprise-wide people programs and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to organizational change projects by supporting transitions, restructuring efforts, process enhancements, and business transformation activities.
• Ensure HR records, metrics, and reporting are accurate and up to date, providing meaningful insights to support business decisions. Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in a human resources partnering or advisory capacity.
• Solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations and contemporary HR practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and establish credibility across all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret workforce data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Agile, resilient, and comfortable operating within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
• Experience supporting HR activities across multiple countries or regional business functions would be advantageous.
• Exposure to organizational change, transformation initiatives, or business integration projects.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms, workforce systems, and digital HR solutions.
• Experience in leadership development, talent management, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
• Understanding of HR operating models, governance frameworks, and best practices within multinational organizations.
