With nearly 300 retail locations, we proudly employ nearly 30,000 team members. We have an exciting opportunity for a full‑time Senior Manager, Marketing (Health & Wellness) to join our Marketing team in Langley, BC. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Senior Manager, Marketing (Health & Wellness) is responsible for supporting the development and execution of Pattison Food Group’s enterprise Health & Wellness marketing strategy. Working across Marketing, Pharmacy, Merchandising, Loyalty, Digital, and Operations, this role helps translate Health & Wellness priorities into scalable customer‑facing programs that strengthen customer engagement, support business growth, and create differentiation across PFG brands. This role serves as a key connector across the organization, bringing together teams, customer insights, and strategic priorities to build a cohesive Health & Wellness marketing platform. This position will establish frameworks, execution plans, and ways of working that enable consistent and effective Health & Wellness initiatives while supporting banner‑specific needs and customer audiences. Responsibilities • Leading the development of scalable Health & Wellness marketing frameworks, roadmaps, and execution plans across multiple brands and customer touchpoints. • Identifying opportunities to strengthen Health & Wellness positioning, customer engagement, and business growth across PFG banners and business units. • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners to develop and execute Health & Wellness initiatives. • Establishing project plans, governance processes, and ways of working that improve alignment, execution, and scalability across teams. • Evaluating customer needs, market trends, and industry opportunities to inform strategic recommendations and program development. • Supporting the assessment, selection, and management of agency and strategic partners that contribute to Health & Wellness platform development. • Defining and tracking success metrics for Health & Wellness initiatives, using performance insights to improve effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. • Preparing recommendations, business cases, and strategic presentations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders. • Ensuring Health & Wellness initiatives are operationally sound, customer‑relevant, and aligned with broader go‑to‑market strategies. Qualifications • Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand strategy, customer strategy, retail marketing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related customer‑focused disciplines. • Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and driving outcomes through influence rather than direct authority. • Experience developing and executing enterprise marketing programs, customer engagement initiatives, or strategic business projects. • Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups. • Strong business acumen and experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders and executives. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Personal Qualities • Self‑aware, empathetic, and possess a high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). • A strategic thinker who can translate vision into practical execution plans. • A self‑starter who takes ownership and drives initiatives forward with minimal direction. • A collaborative leader who builds relationships and influences across teams and functions. • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Skilled at balancing long‑term strategic objectives with day‑to‑day execution requirements. • Customer‑focused, with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure in evolving environments. • Resourceful, adaptable, and motivated by building new capabilities and processes. Compensation Salary: $101,629.00 - $135,506.00 (location, education, skills, experience, and other factors considered). Benefits In addition to a highly competitive salary, we offer a great range of benefits, a company pension plan, free parking, exclusive team member offers, and opportunities for development and career progression.
