Vice President, Finance & Administration
Overview
GVHA is entering a period of transformational growth and opportunity, and with this evolution comes the need for a Vice President, Finance & Administration. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President is a key member of GVHA’s executive leadership team and is responsible for the strategic leadership, stewardship, and management of GVHA’s financial and corporate services. The Vice President provides leadership and oversight for financial administration, corporate strategic planning, performance reporting, human resources, information technology, contract administration, office administration, enterprise risk, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
The role advises the CEO and Board on financial performance, organizational oversight, governance, and business transformation. The Vice President will also lead annual strategic planning and business planning processes.
Responsibilities
• Lead financial administration and corporate strategic planning.
• Provide performance reporting and fiscal oversight.
• Oversee human resources, information technology, and office administration.
• Manage contract administration and enterprise risk, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise CEO and Board on financial performance and governance.
• Lead annual strategic and business planning processes.
Qualifications
• Accomplished financial leader with a finance/accounting designation (MBA preferred).
• Experience in complex, multi-partner business environments.
• Expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and operational oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with commercial clients and develop financial business models for new ventures.
• Strong leadership and relationship‑building skills across internal teams, external partners, and governing bodies.
• Proactive, resilient, and commercially focused mindset.
Compensation
The targeted salary range for this position is $160,000 – $175,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive total rewards package.
