This role is based in Amsterdam and requires someone who can quickly integrate into cross‑functional teams and drive high‑impact analytical and process‑design initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from diverse stakeholders. • Query, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights. • Design, test, and implement API integrations between internal and external systems. • Develop and maintain API documentation and integration specifications. • Monitor and troubleshoot API calls and data flows to ensure reliability and accuracy. • Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Implement business process modeling solutions using BPMN . • Create and deliver BPMN 2.0 training programs for business analysts. • Develop comprehensive modeling frameworks using Sparx Enterprise Architect . • Establish modeling standards and guidelines for enterprise-wide adoption. • Support Business Process Design & Implementation initiatives. • Work with Enterprise Architecture tools and contribute to data management practices.
