As we implement SAP SuccessFactors, this is your opportunity to step into a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days look the same. You will be at the centre of our systems transformation, owning day-to-day administration, championing data integrity, and driving meaningful improvement projects that shape the way we work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Be the go-to expert for SAP SuccessFactors, providing day-to-day support and administration across Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules • Own data quality and reporting standards, ensuring our people data is accurate, secure, and always working hard for the business • Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly and effectively • Uphold data integrity and ensure our systems meet governance and security best practices • Configure, optimise, and continuously improve system settings, manage upgrades, and bring enhancements to life • Create engaging training materials including reference guides, process maps, and user documentation that empower our people to get the most out of our systems • Support leaders and People and Culture teams with SuccessFactors and Power BI reporting, turning data into decisions • Work closely with People and Culture Operations stakeholders to understand what they need and translate those needs into smart, practical system solutions • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation across People Systems.
