As we implement SAP SuccessFactors, this is your opportunity to step into a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days look the same. You will be at the centre of our systems transformation, owning day-to-day administration, championing data integrity, and driving meaningful improvement projects that shape the way we work. You will also bring your data analytics expertise to the table, translating complex people data into clear, actionable insights that influence real business decisions and strengthen our people frameworks across KAEFER Australia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Be the go-to expert for SAP SuccessFactors, providing day-to-day support and administration across Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules • Own data quality and reporting standards, ensuring our people data is accurate, secure, and always working hard for the business • Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly and effectively • Uphold data integrity and ensure our systems meet governance and security best practices • Configure, optimise, and continuously improve system settings, manage upgrades, and bring enhancements to life • Create engaging training materials including reference guides, process maps, and user documentation that empower our people to get the most out of our systems • Support leaders and People and Culture teams with SuccessFactors and Power BI reporting, turning data into decisions • Work closely with People and Culture Operations stakeholders to understand what they need and translate those needs into smart, practical system solutions • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation across People Systems.
