com Overview The ICT Services Branch is responsible for supporting all ICT systems and infrastructure excluding the primary business applications such as SAP CRM and Salesforce CRM. The branch provides and supports ICT services for Agency Staff and Partners.

This includes the design, build, and maintenance of ICT applications, infrastructure, and hardware. The Desktop Services team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functionality of the agencys technological infrastructure.

The team is responsible for the Microsoft 365, Accessibility Support, Desktop Environments, Cloud PC, Device Management and manage all aspects of these systems including installation and configuration to troubleshooting and technical support.

The team also ensures that employees have the necessary tools and resources to work efficiently and effectively, whether in the office or remotely and is a key pillar to the agencys success and productivity.

As the Cloud Desktop Engineer, you will become pivotal in the design, development and implementation of the Agencys End User Computing platforms and services projects. You will work collaboratively with ICT Operations and the Agency more broadly driving technological advances.

This includes designing, developing, implementing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimising all new and existing End User Computing services. As a Cloud Desktop Engineer, you will take ownership of tasks, as well as assisting and upskilling the broader team leveraging your extensive knowledge.
