You will • Command the Stack — own end-to-end delivery across internal Data & AI platforms and live Defence and Government programs; your code ships to people who need it to work. • Uphold the Way of the Platform — champion AI tooling, supercharge your output with every instrument available where client security permits, and evangelise best practice with a mix of clarity and cool. • Align the Architecture — collaborate with the team and client stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clean, battle-tested solutions. • Embed on the Frontline — when the mission demands it, deploy directly with client teams on-site. You are • A Builder, Not a Maintainer — you want to create something, own it end-to-end, and have real influence over how it gets built. • A Modern Thinker with an agile spirit, who challenges respectfully, grows continuously, and uses AI to supercharge everything you touch. • A Diverse Software Exponent - with 1-3+ years of professional experience using some or all of: React, JavaScript, Python, .Net Core, SQL, Azure DevOps etc. • An Australian national — as a minimum (with the opportunity to gain a security clearance); an existing AGSVA NV1+ clearance will have you operational immediately.
