HR Business Partner at OCBC: You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

What You Do
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Analyse business needs and develop tailored HR solutions to drive business outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers and external partners
• Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR‑related matters
• Analyse HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement Who You Are
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business‑partnering role
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics What We Offer
