Senior Software Engineer (Python)

What You’ll Do • Design and build secure, high‑performing, cost‑aware Python services and integrations • Translate business needs into technical approaches, estimates and delivery plans • Define technical specifications and guide junior engineers and external developers • Deliver features end to end, from implementation through deployment and production support • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape scope, priorities and technical feasibility • Improve reliability and maintainability through testing, monitoring and automation • Create clear technical documentation that supports development and operations • Communicate progress, risks and trade‑offs with the project team What Will Make You Shine • Python proficiency with proven experience delivering production‑grade services • AWS knowledge with hands‑on experience designing or operating cloud infrastructure • SQL proficiency with hands‑on experience working with relational databases • Financial services domain exposure or confidence‑building systems in regulated environments • Problem‑solving mindset with demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into deliverables • Stakeholder management experience partnering with business users and engineers • Ownership mentality with strong prioritization and follow‑through • Clear communication in written and spoken form Nice to Have • AWS Glue or Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow or Control‑M experience • Serverless architecture or microservices and Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs experience • Messaging or streaming experience with Kafka or Amazon Kinesis #J-18808-Ljbffr
