3V operates at the intersection of airline retailing, competitive intelligence, and AI-driven product innovation. We build the data and intelligence infrastructure that helps airlines, OTAs, and AI agents reason about fares, products, and competitive position in a rapidly evolving market.

We are hiring a Director, Product Management to lead the 3V product portfolio, including PriceEye, DemandView, Iris, the PriceEye Analytics Pyramid, and a growing set of AI-driven capabilities including agentic, semantic, and adjacent emerging functionality.

The Director, Product Management sets direction across the portfolio, leads the cross-functional team that delivers it, and is accountable for product outcomes that ATPCO and its shareholder carriers rely on.

This is a senior leadership role that combines product strategy with hands-on engagement across the full product lifecycle. Key responsibilities Own the 3V product portfolio. Define and communicate strategy across PriceEye, DemandView, Iris, the PriceEye Analytics Pyramid, and the emerging AI-driven capabilities.

Balance near-term customer commitments with longer-term architectural investments. Lead the cross-functional product organization.

Direct the product management team and coordinate effectively across Agile delivery, engineering, QA, marketing, sales, sales support, and training to ensure aligned execution against the portfolio roadmap. Establish a frictionless delivery process.

Drive continuous improvement in the path from concept to production, with the goal of moving validated ideas from whiteboard to production within days. Identify and remove process, handoff, and environment friction wherever it appears. Engage hands-on with the product.

Use 3V products in realistic workflows, review prototypes, participate in evaluation efforts, and partner directly with engineering on technical decisions. Maintain the technical credibility needed to lead in a deeply technical product domain. Maintain architectural disciplin
