The role: SoFi is seeking a Finance Technology Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that modernize finance processes, strengthen our systems architecture, and enable AI and automation capabilities across the Finance organization. This role sits within the Finance Transformation, BI & Systems team under the Controllership and serves as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines hands-on finance systems expertise with strong project leadership and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. The Finance Technology Manager owns the intersection of finance process transformation and systems architecture. You will design and optimize finance technology solutions, lead cross-functional implementation workstreams, and help shape the long-term evolution of SoFi’s finance system ecosystem. From close cycle acceleration and reconciliation automation to system integrations and AI tool adoption, you will manage complex initiatives end-to-end with a focus on measurable, scalable outcomes.</p
