Job Description
Overview
Responsibilities and product leadership responsibilities for understanding customer needs, shaping strategy, and delivering outcomes across hardware and software integrations within the iGUIDE and REA Group ecosystem.
Responsibilities
• Build an understanding of how AEC and IRC customers work and what they need from iGUIDE.
• Run ongoing customer discovery to identify the right problems, validate assumptions and learn what’s working after things ship.
• Shape product strategy for your portfolio and connect it to broader iGUIDE and REA Group ambitions.
• Make decisions about what’s worth building, what isn’t, and what to stop doing.
• Partner with Product peers and leadership to shape roadmaps that balance near-term customer wins with long-term portfolio bets.
• Partner with sales, customer success, drafting operations and product marketing to bring solutions to market.
• Coordinate with the capture team where customer workflows span hardware and software.
• Spot adjacent opportunities – new use cases, segments or product lines – and make the case for pursuing them.
• Monitor usage and outcomes post-launch and make confident calls on what to double down on, fix, or kill. Requirements
• A few years of product management experience shipping software.
• Curiosity about customers and comfort getting close to them.
• Clear thinking under uncertainty.
• Commercial awareness.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical people.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo when it needs challenging, and to do it with care.
• Daily fluency with AI tools for research, analysis and prototyping.
• Background or interest in spatial data, measurement, real estate, insurance, or construction technology is an asset.
• Bias to action.
