Job Description

Responsibilities • Develop a comprehensive Grid Automation strategy in the context of a greater grid modernization platform • Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, pricing strategy and interface with the commercial marketing, sales engineering, and sales teams • Oversee the full product lifecycle (ideation → development → launch → operations → end-of-life) • Serve as the voice of the customer: conduct market research, competitive analysis, stakeholder engagement (utilities, partners, internal teams) • Drive go-to-market planning including pricing strategy, value proposition, positioning, feature prioritization, support & training plans, and sales enablement • Build, mentor and manage a high-performing product management organization Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related technical field is required • An MBA is an asset • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in product management within B2B technology, smart grid, IoT, energy systems, or enterprise software/hardware solutions • Broad understanding of utility industry requirements, including deep involvement in the grid operations, distribution system engineering, load/DER management, outage management, and/or distribution automation problem spaces • Excellent business acumen and business case development experience • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically, with sound-technical knowledge • Proven ability to plan and execute against a plan Certifications & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • MBA #J-18808-Ljbffr
