Senior Product Manager, AI Transformation

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products. Responsibilities • Ship AI-powered features to production: conversational AI (chatbots, copilots), intelligent onboarding, smart trading assistants, automated compliance workflows • Lead cross-functional squads of ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and backend engineers to deliver AI products end-to-end • Evaluate and integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities (GPT, Claude, open‑source models) into product experiences—balancing innovation speed with safety and compliance • Build the internal AI enablement playbook: drive adoption of AI tools across product, engineering, and operations teams • Define success metrics for AI features (engagement lift, cost reduction, resolution rate, NPS) and run rigorous A/B tests • Manage vendor relationships for AI/ML infrastructure, annotation, and model providers • Report to senior leadership on AI transformation progress, ROI, and strategic direction Qualifications • 10+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading AI/ML product initiatives in production • Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale—chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP features, intelligent automation, or AI agents that served real users • Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine‑tuning, and evaluation frameworks—able to hold technical discussions with ML engineers • Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, custom LLM‑based agents) and measuring their effectiveness • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into concrete product specs, build‑vs‑buy decisions, and phased rollout plans • Strong data intuition—comfortable with SQL, analytics dashboards, and experiment design • Experience in fintech, crypto, or high‑compliance environments is a strong plus • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders (C‑suite, engineering leads, compliance) on AI adoption strategy • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus but not mandatory—ship products matters more than credentials Benefits • Competitive salary • Medical insurance package with extended coverage to dependents • Attractive annual leave entitlement including birthdays and work anniversaries • Work flexibility adoption: flexible hours and hybrid or remote set‑up • Internal mobility program offering diverse career paths • Crypto.com visa card provided upon joining Crypto.com is an equal opportunities employer and we are committed to creating an environment where opportunities are presented to everyone in a fair and transparent way.
